Guy Cohen

Guy Cohen began his career in 1984 in New York as the CEO of Global Securities Inc., an Investment services provider specializing in SMEs, the market making on Nasdaq values ​​and IPOs. After the disposal of Global Securities Inc., Guy Cohen founded Wall Street Research Group in 1992, a leading independent analyst firm in the U.S, with a strong expertise in the field of telecommunications and biotechnology. In February 2000, he became the CEO of Nexgen Ventures, Nfinance subsidiary, where he managed more than $ 200 million divided between three hedge funds. He holds an MBA from Hebrew University – Jerusalem.

Maxime Dugast

Maxime is a corporate finance professional, he has been involved with a number of capital raising projects. He hold more than fifty financial transactions, listed and unlisted, especially in the media, Internet and ICTs. Successfully combining a deep technical understanding with corporate finance expertise ensures that Maxime's clients benefit from his strong networks, trustworthy advice and execution success. Prior to Nfinance, Maxime Dugast was a financial analyst at Principal Investment Management in London.

Maxime has a degree in Corporate Finance from IPAG Business School in Paris.

Noémie Barbier

Noémie Barbier began her career at Société Générale in 2006 as financial analyst. She then joined NFinance in 2008, in the Origination and Structuration department. She held more than thirty financial transactions in many activity areas as health, retail, internet, industry…

Noemie holds a Masters degree in Finance from EM Lyon Business School.

Nicolas Elbaz

Nicolas Elbaz joined NFinance in 2012 after an experience at Dirickx Group as an acquisition Manager. Prior to Nfinance, Nicolas started his careers at Societe Generale Investment banking, he worked on a variety of buyside and sellside M&A transactions for various healthcare, medias and consumers good companies. Nicolas Elbaz has graduated from EM Lyon Business School and holds a Masters degree in Corporate Finance.

Pierre-Emmanuel Bansard

After beginning his career in the Ministry of Defense, Pierre-Emmanuel joined NYSE Euronext where he oversaw 16 IPOs on Euronext, Alternext, and the Marché Libre. He developed his experience of Mergers & Acquisitions at Éponyme Partners, where he was involved in several M&A deals in Telecoms, Internet, Advertising, and Construction. He also built successful investment strategies inside a hedge fund, Omeya Capital. In 2012, Pierre-Emmanuel joined NFinance Securities M&A department. Following his passion for oenology and Asian & tribal arts, he is especially involved in M&A deals in the field of Luxury goods, Arts and Wine.

Pierre-Emmanuel holds master’s degrees in International Affairs (Institut d’Études Politiques), Economics (Université Paris I – Sorbonne) and Finance (Université Paris-Dauphine).

Fatine Soubai

Fatine Soubai began her career in 2010 at Banque Populaire. After an international experience in New York and Shanghai, in Strategy consulting on behalf of a tech start-up, she joined Nfinance in November 2011. She’s in charge of investors relationship in the M&A department.

Fatine holds a Masters degree in Corporate Finance from ISG Paris.

Charles Dodier

Charles started his career as a business development manager for a European research institute specialised in listed and non-listed real estate funds. After an entrepreneurial experience where he launched a website specialized in financial investments, he joined HSBC Global Asset Management Marketing Department in charge of alternative and emerging markets funds. In 2011, he joined Nfinance origination and structuration department.

Charles is graduated from ESSEC Business School of Paris.

Benjamin Chavanat

Benjamin began his career in the world of start-up within a consultancy specializing in innovation and in a Parisian incubator where he worked alongside many young companies primarily on valuation issues. Passionate about technology and entrepreneurship, Benjamin joined NFinance team with aims to support high growth potential young companies in their financial transactions.

Benjamin has graduated from the University of Sciences of Bordeaux and Paris-Dauphine University.

Cédric Busin-Lehec

Cédric began his career at Société Générale in 2001 in the M&A department. After a work experience in wealth management, he joined Nfinance origination and structuration department.

Cédric has graduated from Ecole Centrale Lille and holds a Master degree in Finance from ESCP-EAP.

Anne-Cécile Rivet

Anne-Cécile started in a private equity fund. She then continued her career in Bpifrance as research analyst before joining Nfinance origination and structuration department.

Anne-Cécile has graduated from Bordeaux University and holds a Master degree in Corporate Finance.

Rudy Camagie

Rudy began his career at Swiss Life Private Banking as Sales / Equity Derivatives trader. He worked at Parkerlogistics Hedge Funds before joining the Dutch broker Binck.fr . He joined NFinance in January 2011 to create the Equity Sales Desk where he acts as an Equity / Sales broker. He graduated from ISEG Paris business school where he holds a Financial Market Masters degree.

Pierre Schang

Pierre Shang joined Nfinance in 2010 as a financial analyst worked at Admiral Management as a financial analyst on value issues, He thoroughly joined the Financière de l’Echiquier as a financial analyst for the Buy Side funds dedicated to the Small Caps French investment growth.

He now provides NFinance Securities team his knowledge and passion for European Small Caps.

He graduated from Tours-Poitiers Business School.

Chris Loveridge

Having spent the last decade working for RBS, Chris joined Nfinance in the Origination and Structuration department in April 2013.

Chris has worked within the various sectors of banking ranging from Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking. He has experience in relationship and portfolio management as well as exposure to lending, deposit placements, new business and investments.

His current role is provide advisory services for Fundraising, Mergers & Acquisitions and IPO's Project financing.

Stéphanie Cardon

After a degree in business administration, Stéphanie starts her career in several SME in the field of Construction before joining NFinance accounting department.
